RECOVERY COACHING
What Do Recovery Coaches Do? As your recovery coach, we will help you pursue your recovery goals. We are not counselors – we do not diagnose or provide treatment. Instead, we offer you the tools and guidance needed to follow your chosen path.
This can include helping you:
- form a plan of action
- find the right resources
- navigate the medical system if medication or treatment is needed
- offer accountability and support
- provide guidance as you develop new behavior patterns
- help you see your progress objectively
- assist in harm reduction for addictive behaviors
In other words, as a recovery coach, we can help you with the gritty, day-to-day process of overcoming addiction. “We are that extended hand when you need one the most!”

Sometimes, what we want in life can conflict with who we are. Values clarification is an intervention that helps individuals reflect and identify their personal, sociocultural, and intercultural whereby one seeks to recognize the value priorities guiding interests, choices, actions, and reactions in various interpersonal and social contexts. These one-hour sessions will help you look at what is valuable to you and help you feel good about who you are.
